Round Table "Smart University Campus"
What should a university campus be like so that it could be called "smart"? Students from Russia and Germany shared their impressions and discuss their vision of a smart university campus. The following questions have been discussed:
- What should be the smart campus (classrooms, research laboratories, library, student housing / dormitories) to encourage the scientific and technological cooperation between students?
- How to make the smart university campus a driver for the development of the territory, an attractive place for living and working, spending free time?
- What “smart technologies”, “smart solutions” for the campus are demanded by the students?
- What should be the campus management system with the students’ participation?
- How to connect the smart campus with the existing infrastructure of the city (e.g., logistics, mobility, access system for students and residents of the city to the campus)?
